Google成07年美最佳雇主 员工福利诱人

　　根据美国《Fortune》杂志的评选,Googles在多家大公司中脱颖而出，成为一年一度的“美国最适合工作企业”的领头羊，Google以为员工提供便利设施、文化设施、福利设施等，如洗衣、干洗、汽车服务、美食、工作场所按摩和医生、温泉泳池等，获此殊荣。去年排名第一的Genentech排名第二，Wegmans Food Markets排名第三。

　　《Fortune》杂志的调查依靠来自于446家公司的超过105000名员工的调查回复，一家公司有三分之二的得分取决于员工对治理层的态度、工作满足度、员工间的友爱，其余来自报酬、福利、治理哲学、交流、机会、多元化计划等等。

　　除Google之外，还有其它多家闻名科技公司入选了“2007年美国最佳雇主百强”排行榜，包括思科(第11位)、高通(第14位)、Adobe(第31位)、雅虎(第44位)、微软(第50位)、以及德州仪器(第81位)等等。以下为2007年最理想工作场所前100位排名：
